Our Services
Our service is based around positive outcomes and we measure our success against the success of our young people .
Young people we work with receive a service which places their needs at the centre of all our planning with the ultimate Aim of them moving into full independence having gained and sustained all the skills required to achieve success .
Our Support
Our support varies from base level of Floating support to young people in shared houses which covers the basics of property management issues.
We also support the young persons with day to day issues to individual packages of floating support for young people whose needs are greater.
